HSM State Tune-up and Mock Region 1 - canceled 2021

We would like to invite you to participate in the 2021 HSM State Tune-up and Mock Region 1 Regional Meet at Buhlow Recreational Area in Pineville Louisiana. We are inviting all the prospective teams from Division III, Division IV, and Division V and would like you to participate in the meet in preparation for next year's regionals. The meet will be chip timed using our Jaguar Timing System and Buhlow can accommodate any number of teams and spectators. If you have not ever had the chance to run the Buhlow course, it is a very fun and challenging course that is centrally located for all the teams in the state. (I believe it is no more than 2 hours from anyone in the Region). The course is spectator friendly and easily accessible for all types of runners. 

              Our plan for the meet, depending on the number of schools that participate is to run separate races based on the prospective Divisions. Otherwise, we would plan on running one large race for all the participants. Entries would be limited to 8 entries per gender per team and the price will be $50 per gender ($100 for boys and girls) or $10 per single entry less than 5.

The Schedule of races will be as follows:

Division III Girls - 8:00

Division III Boys - 8:30

Division IV Girls - 9:15

Division IV Boys - 9:45

Division V Girls - 10:30

Division V Boys - 11:00

              Again, this schedule could be adjusted if the number of entries is low enough to combine 1 or more Divisions. Awards will be given for the winner in each Divisional Race as well as Top 10 from all races combined.
