Dear Coach, Holy Savior Menard would like to invite you to participate in our thirty-first annual cross country invitational, which will be held on Saturday, October 13th, 2018. The races will be run at the Fort Buhlow Recreation Area. Each year we have over 50 schools participating. Its a great and challenging course with some hills and woods. Come check it out! There will be five races. Team champion trophies, team runner-up trophies, and medallions to the top three individual finishers will be awarded in the boys and girls varsity races. T-shirts will be awarded to the top 40 finishers in each of the varsity races, and the top 15 boys and top ten girls in the junior varsity race. Only advanced registrations will be accepted. No race day registration is allowed. Coaches must register their rosters (Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys) through Direct Athletics (similar to the state meet) by Thursday, 5 PM, October 11, 2018. There is no registration for the JV race. Results will be posted within 30 minutes of each varsity race. Final results for the varsity races will be available at the Direct Athletics and LA Running web sites. Any non-registered runners must run in the JV race. Unlimited entries in each race are allowed. All registration is done by Direct Athletics. Race registrations will NOT be accepted by fax, phone calls, stamped mail, or on race day.
