PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- Louisiana State freshman Jasmin Stowers (Pendleton) won the 100-meter hurdles finals at The Penn Relays.
Stowers finished in front of University of South Carolina's Kierre Beckles in 13.16 seconds. Beckles finished in 13.20 seconds.
University of Texas freshman Briana Nelson helped the Longhorns to the Championship 4x400-meter relay title with a second leg split of 51.7 seconds. The team ran a total time of 3 minutes, 30.08 seconds.
