LAKE CHARLES, La. - The start of the Jeff Davis Bank Indoor Invitational, originally scheduled for Friday, has been postponed to a Saturday afternoon start time, the host McNeese State University announced on Thursday.

The Nicholls State University women's track and field team will begin competition at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday in Lake Charles.  With inclement weather and icy road conditions expected for the rest of the week, the start of the meet was moved back one day to allow for safer travel for teams heading to Lake Charles.
