La. HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS COMPETE IN THE 400m AT THE LSU HIGH SCHOOL CLASSIC
Liberty's  Londyn Quiet has made some noise in the 400m this year. She is Louisiana's most improved sprinter in the event. Quiet ran a 1:09.96 this year. That is 18.40 better than her early season performance in 2025.
Another sprinter worth noting is Carencro's Ja'Nia Zenon, who has improved 4.10 seconds this year. Zenon's season best thus fare is 1:00.11. 
Even the best are getting better as Woodlawn's Jaleyia Woods, who ran the fastest time of any sophomore in Louisiana history a year ago, has improved .86 off her early season time of 57.37.
