After John Curtis' Addilyn Dufrene won her first state championship at the 2024 LHSAA State Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a jump of 5-7.75, she has continued the streak by winning both indoors (5-7) and outdoors (5-7.75) in 2025.

The Louisiana Girls All-Time Indoor High Jump List

Now, it's time for Dufrene, who also competes in the multi-events, to begin her senior season and add to her growing number of state championship titles. The three-time state champion will open on Saturday at the LSU High School Classic.

Nationally, Dufrene is tied at No. 19 with 14 other jumpers in the United States. That ranking puts her at No. 2 on the MileSplit LA Top 11 list.

All-time, Dufrene is tied at No. 7 indoors in Louisiana. Outdoors, she is tied at No. 15 with 11 other jumpers.
