The hot conditions at the LHSAA State Cross Country Championships were not conducive to personal records or improvement, but we have found the 99 most improved La. HS boys when comparing their state meet time in 2025 to their time at the same meet a year ago.
Holy Cross' Keegan Martin improved more than anyone else in Louisiana as he shaved 3:44 off his time from a year ago.
After Martin, there is a group of three runners who improved two minutes or greater. These runners included Henry Boudreaux (2:11), Louis Rodriguez V (2:31), and Aydan Haynie (2:29)
