POLL: MileSplit LA Boys' Performer Of The Week!

KALEB VAUGHN TALKS TO MILESPLIT LA AFTER WINNING THE 100m AT THE REGION 1-4A MEET IN 2023

On the ballot below, you will find the names of the finalists for MileSplit LA Boys' Performer Of The Week. Congratulations to all of the finalists. The winner will move to make the ballot for the MileSplit LA Boys' Athlete Of The Year. This poll will close on Saturday at 9pm.

NASIR CEAZER (RUMMEL)-- Made the podium of both the 100m and 200m at the Mobile Challenge of Champions. In the 100m he finished third with a time of 10.65. In the 200m, he went 21.42. Both wind-aided times are personal records for the junior.

PETER WATSON (CATHOLIC HIGH BATON ROUGE)--Ran a personal record 9:40 in the 3200m at the Mobile Challenge of Champions. The time was good enough for a silver medal. 

LOGAN MIMS (RED RIVER)-- The freshman won both the 800m (2:11) and the 1600m (5:21) at the Haynesville Invitational. The 800m is a personal record for Mims, who ranks No. 11 in Louisiana among all freshmen. 

KALEB VAUGHN (NEVILLE)-- The Neville Tiger ran a 10.51 at West Monroe last week breaking a 40-year old school record set by Taft Kirkendoff at the LHSAA State Outdoor Meet in 1985. 

KASH OXLEY (MANY)-- Okley won both the 100m and the 200m at the Hornbeck Relays. He ran a 12.19 in the 100m and a 23.84 in the 200m. 

JAYLEN JACKSON (HAMMOND)-- Won the 400m at the LHSCA Meet of Champions with a time of 49.16.

JAXON TALLEY (WEST MONROE)-- Leads Louisiana in the javelin with a season best of 188-10.
