Week 8's National Girls Performer of the Week goes to Halyn Senegal after her 400m performance of 56.17 seconds at the LSU HS Qualifier meet.

The St. Louis High (LA) senior ran the fastest time of her career on a flat track and is now ranked US No. 17 in the nation.

After an exceptional performance at the LSU HS Qualifier meet, Senegal earned a total of 752 tallies, which led to 64-percent of the votes. Congratulations Senegal on a strong performance in the 400m.
