National Boys Performer Of The Week (3-12/3-18)

The clear and decisive winner from last week's National Performer of the Week was Brian Herron, the national title winner in the 400m who finished out his indoor season and went a US No. 1 mark of 46.31.

Herron received over 1,000 votes, making up nearly 40-percent of the vote to win the weekly award.

It was no doubt the most competitive poll we had over the entire winter season, for very obvious reasons. Every nominee was a national championship winner from New Balance Nationals Indoor.

Congratulations to all athletes on a phenomenal season.

But now we're on -- mostly, since a few indoor meets are left -- to the outdoor season, where our efforts are just beginning to take shape nationally.

Now, on to this week's candidates.
