Keyes Impresive at Cowboy Indoor Invite II

Lake Charles, La. – Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team competed in the Cowboy Indoor Invite II this past weekend in Lake Charles. The Cajuns were lead by Antwain Keyes who took first place in the long jump and high jump.

The Cajuns had three first place finishes at McNeese. Brad Stoufflet won the pole vault with a height of 12-07.25 feet. Keyes’ long jump was measured at 22-00.25 feet; his high jump was 6-04.25 feet.

Other notable performances were Marcus Rosendoll’s second place finish in the high jump. Jasmine Manuel finished third in the women’s long jump with a distance of 17-03.25. Kevin Jones finished third in the 55 meter dash with a time 6.69 seconds.

The Cajuns will be back in action Feb. 20 at the LSU Bayou Bengal in Baton Rouge.
