Up to this point in your running career, what has been your most memorable moment?

My most memorable moment in my running career was running 10:04 in LSU Indoor Qualifier Meet.

Who do you look up to as an inspiration to your running?

I don't look up to anybody as inspiration for my running.

Going into your senior year, how do you keep yourself focused on your goals?

I keep myself focused by staying positive on what I can achieve and strive to be better than my previous years as a runner.

If you only had one song to listen to before your race, which would it be?

Warriors (Syn Cole Remix) by Nicky Romero vs. Volt & State

What is your favorite workout?

My favorite workout is running 1000 meter interval reps.

Are you interested in running in college and if so, what are you looking for in a school to push you to go there?

What I am looking for in a school to push me to go there is getting a running scholarship to take my running to the next level.

What meets are you looking forward to the most this year?

St. Pauls's Invitational, Catholic High Invitational, State Meet and St. Joseph's Invitational

What is your pre-meet or pre-race routine that you like to follow?

My routine is to keep my mind clear, stretch constantly, stay loose, eat oatmeal with a banana, water and Gatorade.

How many days a week do you run?

6 days a week

And lastly, what food do you crave most after a hard workout or a race?

Baked Chicken with bagged vegetables from Sam's and spaghetti noodles with Tony Chachere's or baked/boiled potato.
