Dear Coaches,
We hope that your Cross Country Season is off to a good start. Below is meet information for the second Christian Brothers Invitational hosted by St. Pauls School, Covington, LA. The meet will be held at the Solomon Episcopal Conference Center, Loranger, LA, which provides us with wooded trails and open fields for running no pavement!

Time: 8:00 am Registration and packet pick-up
8:30 am Girls Junior High (7th, 8th, 9th ) unlimited entries (2.0 Miles)
9:00 am Boys Junior High (7th, 8th, 9th ) unlimited entries (2.0 Miles)
9:30 am Girls Varsity (12 runners) (3.0 Miles)
10:00 am Boys Varsity (12 runners) (3.0 Miles)
10:30 am Girls and Boys JV (unlimited entries) (3.0 Miles)
11:45 am Awards Presentation
Only five runners will count for team honors. To compete for team honors you must have five runners finish the race. You may run fewer runners if you do not wish to compete for team honors. Top 2 schools in Junior High and Varsity divisions will receive team awards. The Junior Varsity Division will not be scored. The top 10 three-mile finishers in Varsity divisions will receive awards. The top 10 two-mile finishers in the Junior High divisions will receive awards.
An entry fee of $50 per school is required to help defray the cost of the awards and other expenses and to make a donation the Solomon Episcopal Center.
Please have your check made payable to St. Pauls School and bring it with you to packet pickup at the meet.
Portable toilets will be available in the field area. Snowballs R Us will be on site with snowballs, water, and Gatorade.

From Baton Rouge :
Take Interstate 12, EAST, toward Slidell. Pass Hammond. Take the "Robert" exit (# 47). At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT (THIS IS NOT AN ERROR). Go 12 miles, and the Center will be on your Right, well signed.
From New Orleans:
Cross the Causeway. Go straight (3 miles) to Interstate 12. Take I-12, WEST, toward Hammond. Take the "Robert" exit (# 47). At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT. Go 12 miles, and the Center will be on your Right, well signed.
From Covington:
Choice # 1: Take I-12 West, and use New Orleans directions.
Choice # 2: Go out past Covington High School, onto highway 190, heading West. Pass the light at Goodbee. At the Stop Light at Robert, turn Right. Go 11 miles, and the Center will be on the Right, well signed.
