Holy Cross/Dominican Invitational
August 14, 2017
Dear Cross Country Coach:
We would like to invite you to participate in this years Holy Cross/Dominican Cross Country Invitational. This year the meet will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017, in City Park. We would like to thank Iberia Bank for their sponsorship of the City Park course, NOTC for their sponsorship of the course cutting, and Varsity Sports for providing Top 10 Finisher t-shirts.
There will be four races: Non-scoring open elementary, girls and boys elementary invite, and girls and boys combined junior high. Each school will be allowed to enter 10 runners in the scored elementary races, 12 runners in the junior high race, and unlimited entries in the open elementary race. Only five runners will count for team honors. To compete for team honors, a school must have five runners finish the race. The Top 10 finishers in each race will be presented with invitational t-shirts.

7:00 AM Registration and packet pick-up
7:30 AM Girls Elementary (10 runners max NO 8th Graders) 2 miles
8:00 AM Boys Elementary (10 runners max NO 8th Graders) 2 miles
8:30 AM Open Elementary (unlimited entry) 1.5 miles
9:00AM Junior High Girls & Boys Combined (12 runners per gender) 2 miles
Fees
An entry fee of $50.00 per school will be charged to help defray expenses. Please make your check payable to Dominican High School. Pre-registration is required.

Directions
Enter City Park from Marconi Drive and turn right onto Harrison Avenue. The staging area (registration/scoring) is along Diagonal Rd. Parking is allowed only on Diagonal Rd. or Harrison Ave. on the west side of Diagonal Rd. (Please do not park on Harrison Ave. on the east side of Diagonal Rd.)
