Meet Notes:
Dear Coach: Hope you can join us this year for the Menard Open Cross Country races! The meet will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. In 2014, the old Cenla Champs race was renamed the Menard Open, and is now open to all Louisiana schools. Over the past three years the Menard Open has had over 40 schools participate each year! We hope the turn out this year will be even greater!

The time schedule for the meet is as follows:
3:00 PM -- Junior Varsity Girls (2 Miles)
3:30 PM -- Junior Varsity Boys (2 miles)
4:00 PM -- Varsity Girls (3 Miles)
4:45 PM -- Varsity Boys (3 Miles)
5:15 PM -- Awards

The races will be held at the Fort Buhlow Recreation Area at the Pineville Municipal Airport behind Lake Buhlow.

The entry fee is $50.00 per school.

Awards include Champion and Runner-up trophies for boys and girls varsity races; medals for the top five boys and girls in each of the varsity races; and t-shirts for the top fifteen in the varsity races and top ten in the junior varsity races.

Please send your entry fee to:
