Dear Cross Country Coach,
St. Thomas Aquinas and Dutchtown High School would like to invite you to their 5th Annual STA-Dutchtown Cross Country Invitational Meet on Saturday, November 1, 2014. This years meet will once again be held at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Hammond.
Team awards will be given to the team champion and runner-up. In all races the top (15) will receive awards. Individual awards will be given to the athletes at the end of the chute for all races. Team awards will be given out fifteen minutes after each race near the scorers table area.
There will be no limit on the amount of runners entered in each race, the top (5) will be scored. This year we will be using the Hy-tek computerized scoring system, so, each team must submit a list of all possible competitors by Wednesday, October 29, 2014. All school entries must be sent via e-mail to: miguelbecerra@bellsouth.net . No race day registration will be allowed!!!!! Entries will not be accepted by fax, phone or stamped mail!!!!! Please type the entries in the body of the e-mail. Please send separate rosters for each gender entries. No attachments please, and send the following information:

9:30 am Varsity Girls 2 Mile Race
10:00 am Varsity Boys 2 Mile Race
There is a 40.00 charge per school (boys and girls), $20.00 for one or the other to help defray the cost of the awards. We look forward to having you with us, once again we feel this years meet will be very competitive. Entry fee can be brought the day of the meet.
