Check-in Begins at 7:30 PM
No Entry Fee
Please email coach Mark Hamiter with entries, including name, school, best time (if you haven't raced a 3200, list your personal best for another event), location, date, name of meet where best performance was achieved to mark.hamiter@bossierschools.org.
Heats are coed
A section- seed times faster than 12:00
B section- seed times 12:00 or slower
8:30 PM- B section
9:00- A section.
Pacers will be available for certain paces. There will be music and a meet announcer. This is a great opportunity for those who have not qualified for state, or open, non-HS runner.
